★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,pelo Zap também. Acho q se a pessoa não quer trabalhar é só dá vaga pra outra. Pra trabalhar com o público tem que ter simpatia, empatia e tudo mais, nunca devemos julgar as pessoas pelo o que elas têm e sim pelo que são.
Bad service, by Zap too. I think if the person does not want to work it just gives space to another. To work with the public you have to have sympathy, empathy and everything, we should never judge people for what they have, but for what they are.

Eu e marido entremos na loja e não tivemos nenhuma atenção por parte das vendedoras, e paramos e ficamos olhando para ver se alguém nos perguntaria se poderíamos nos ajudar. A vendedora nos ignorou e seguiu a conversa com a colega de trabalho. Talvez seja por que nossas roupas eram simples e não mostrava quanto tinhamos no bolso . Não volto mais.
Terrible attendance!!!! My husband and I walked into the store and we didn't get any attention from the salespeople, and we stopped and watched to see if anyone would ask us if we could help each other. The saleswoman ignored us and followed the conversation with her co-worker. Maybe it's because our clothes were simple and didn't show how much we had in our pockets. I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro os perfumes, mas está tudo muito caro, fora da realidade, compensa comprar logo um importado com mais qualidade. Sem falar que a Boticário reformula os perfumes que ficam água de chuchu.
I love the perfumes, but everything is very expensive, out of the reality, it pays to buy soon one imported with more quality. Not to mention that Boticário reformulates the perfumes that get chuchu water.
