Atendimento é péssimo, vendedoras totalmente despreparadas para lidar com a clientela. Apesar da excelente qualidade dos produtos O Boticário, o despreparo e a soberba dos funcionários impedem a concretização das vendas e sujam a imagem da empresa. Não recomendo.
It is sad to know that even in the 21st century people are still treated and welcomed by physical appearance. Service is terrible, salespeople totally unprepared to deal with customers. Despite the excellent quality of O Boticário's products, the unpreparedness and the pride of the employees hinder sales and the company's image. I do not recommend.
