Vim de outra cidade buscar meus produtos e brinde que foram cadastrados no site - e porque esqueci meus documentos em casa (mesmo tendo fotos no celular do documento!) não aceitaram e não tiveram nenhuma consideração com a cliente que vem de outra cidade apenas para isso e não entregaram os produtos! Usando a desculpa que é protocolo, protocolo é ser mais humano e menos máquina!
Terrible service - including the manager! I came from another city to pick up my products and gift that were registered on the site - and because I forgot my documents at home (even though I have photos on the document's cell phone!) they didn't accept and had no consideration for the customer who comes from another city just for that. and did not deliver the products! Using the excuse that protocol is, protocol is being more human and less machine!
