Se acham donas da loja um atendimento péssimo !!! Não sabem ser humildes e nem um pouco educadas, falei que iria pensar em trocar meu produto não fez nem questão de atender mto menos de ser gentil em embalar meu produto. O bom que não tem só uma loja em Itú porque o atendimento é péssimo da loja das Floriano. I really like the store because I can try the fragrances, but there are salespeople who think they're superior just because we're a customer or we're going to make an exchange, which was my case. If you think the store owners have terrible service!!! They don't know how to be humble and not at all polite, I said I would think about exchanging my product, they didn't even care to answer, much less to be kind in packaging my product. The good thing is that there is not only one store in Itú because the service is terrible at the Floriano store.
