★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive atendimento horrivel no dia das maes mesmo assim nao deixa de compra presentes, a atendente me constrangeu falando que nao podia pegar no frasco de perfume, no mesmo ambiente tinha varias pessoas condicoes superiores da minha em nenhum momento ela avisou as madames que nao podia pegar. E as senhoras na loja pegava nos frasco e a atendente nao falava nada. Ate que a caixa me atendendeu super bem. A boticario e sensasional pra min, devido suas campanhas lgbtq+ nao tem outra marca que eu fale bem. Mas cuidado com alguns colaboradores que sao seletivos com os clientes.
I had horrible service on Mother's Day even so she doesn't stop buying presents, the attendant embarrassed me by saying that she couldn't take the perfume bottle, in the same environment there were several people in better conditions than mine, at no time she warned the ladies that she couldn't take it . And the ladies in the store took the bottles and the attendant didn't say anything. Until the box served me very well. Apothecary is sensational for me, due to its lgbtq+ campaigns there is no other brand that I speak well. But beware of some employees who are selective with customers.
