★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixou muito a desejar, tinham somente duas vendedoras e ambas estavam atendendo a mesma cliente. Fiquei esperando vários minutos e ninguém me atendeu. A única coisa que q vendedora me disse foi "não pode tocar nos produtos".
Sai da loja super chateada, discriminada.
 Service left a lot to be desired, there were only two salespeople and both were serving the same customer. I waited for several minutes and no one answered. The only thing the seller said to me was "you can't touch the products".
She leaves the store super upset, discriminated against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As lojas em geral são excelentes, porém o quiosque do Campinas Shopping vai de contra a todas as lojas que já visitei. Péssimo atendimento. Não realiza troca de outras lojas, mesmo com o produto lacrado.
Ja troquei produto em uso em outras unidades por estar me dando enxaqueca. Em fim, vou mais longe mas não retorno lá.
The stores in general are excellent, but the Campinas Shopping kiosk goes against all the stores I've visited. Terrible attendance. No exchanges from other stores, even with the product sealed.
I already changed the product in use in other units because it was giving me migraines. In the end, I go further but I don't go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja padrão como todas as demais da rede, apenas percebi que o quadro de funcionários é pequeno. No horário em que fui possuia apenas uma atendente o que impactava no tempo de atendimento dos demais clientes...
Standard store like all the others in the chain, I just noticed that the staff is small. At the time I went, there was only one attendant, which impacted the service time of the other customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são maravilhosos não da para negar. Porém o atendimento da loja Oboticário do Campinas Shopping é péssimo o atendimento é sem nenhum profissionalismo e as funcionárias que trabalham lá parecem sempre estar em pé de guerra umas com as outras.
The products are wonderful, there's no denying it. However, the service at the Oboticário store in Campinas Shopping is terrible, the service is unprofessional and the employees who work there always seem to be at war with each other.
