E não me informou que o fator de proteção era muito mais baixo que oque eu usava
Então ela quebrou a confiança que eu tinha , fazendo uma venda por vender a todo custo
Não voltei para fazer a troca porém perderão o cliente
The saleswoman induced me to buy a sunscreen instead of another one I already used, because she didn't have what I used
And it didn't inform me that the protection factor was much lower than what I used
So she broke the trust I had, making an unsold sale at all costs.
I didn't go back to make the exchange but they will lose the customer
