Loja organizada e limpa nos padrões da franquia mesmo.
Mas o atendimento deixou MUITO a desejar, a atendente parecia estar FAZENDO UM FAVOR, a cara do desprezo e sem nenhuma disposição em apresentar os produtos, apenas agia como um robô, não passava nenhuma informação, mesmo eu deixando bem claro que ia comprar... E assim fiz pq queria mesmo os produtos... Mas se fosse pelo ATENDIMENTO: Não compraria. Ps. NESSA loja não compro mais. Deixarei pra comprar os produtos da O Boticário em Timóteo ou Ipatinga mesmo...

Store organized and clean in the same franchise standards.
But the service left a LOT to be desired, the attendant seemed to be DOING A FAVOR, the face of contempt and with no disposition to present the products, just acted like a robot, did not pass any information, even though I made it very clear that I was going to buy .. And so I did it because I really wanted the products ... But if it were for the SERVICE: I wouldn't buy it. Ps. I don't buy from this store anymore. I will stop buying O Boticário products in Timóteo or Ipatinga ...
