I love this store a lot, I love receiving gifts from this store, I'm always buying perfumes and whatnot but I use outside the moisturizer which is a wonder I love everything about this store I love the promotions very good indeed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja da Passarela não abre as 09hs e sim 09:30hs em diante..... Agora mudaram todos os funcionários uma pena tinha uma equipe ótima todos faziam um Atendimento excelente.
This Passarela store does not open at 9am, but 9:30 am onwards ..... Now all the employees have changed, it's a shame they had a great team, everyone had excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guia loja O Boticário Freguesia/Passarela pra comprar espuma de barbear Malbec e a vendedora me vendeu uma loção após barba da ZAAD. Falei com o gerente e tive que voltar no dia seguinte para trocar pois essa mesma vendedora teve a capacidade ir até a Mundo Verde onde estava e disse pra quando fosse usar o gel em spumar bastante. Reclamei mas não gostei da atitude da loja visto que sempre pago em débito de cartão e era cliente pois agora vou a Boticário da Senhor dos Passos no centro do Rio pois fui muito bem atendido e lá me venderam na hora a espuma de barbear MALBEC
O Boticário Freguesia / Passarela store guide to buy Malbec shaving foam and the seller sold me a ZAAD aftershave lotion. I spoke with the manager and had to come back the next day to change it because that same saleswoman had the ability to go to Mundo Verde where she was and said when to use the gel in spumar a lot. I complained but I didn't like the attitude of the store since I always paid in card debt and was a customer because now I'm going to Boticário da Senhor dos Passos in downtown Rio because I was very well attended and there I was sold MALBEC shaving foam on the spot.
