★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom. As vendedoras são solícitas e ajudam na escolha do melhor produto. Fazem tudo o que pode. Não se se por conta do dia e horário, tinha uma única moça trabalhando e o atendimento foi interrompido algumas vezes porque ela não dava conta de fazer tudo sozinha.
The service is good. The salespeople are helpful and help in choosing the best product. They do everything they can. I don't know because of the day and time, there was only one girl working and the service was interrupted a few times because she couldn't do everything herself.

Geralmente vou à essa loja, na realidade dou até preferência por ser próximo da minha casa e o atendimento nos horários que sempre vou é excepcional. Algumas já até me tratam pelo nome?. Ontem, porém, fui com uma amiga lá, era período da noite e haviam três pessoas, não sei se atendentes. As três nos ignoraram completamente, inclusive nem nos davam atenção quando pedimos licença para perguntar sobre os produtos (eu queria o novo de ginseng para inchaço nas pernas e minha amiga queria balm para presentear os funcionários dela). Senhores, em tempos de crise como o que vemos, atendimento grosseiro dessa natureza não deveria mais existir, pois não está fácil nem mesmo nos presentear e muito menos conseguir emprego bom. Reflitam, por favor!

Gentlemen, in times of crisis like what we see, rude service of this nature should no longer exist, because it's not easy to even give us gifts, let alone get a good job. Reflect, please!

E aproveitar comprar alguns itens, percebi má vontade das vendedoras mais velhas de casa, me entregaram o brinde sem sacola , comprei uma base pois realmente precisava , olhei olhei aguardando a PRO ATIVIDADE das vendedoras falarem dos produtos… compraria mais coisas mas o atendimento foi péssimo e a garota que atendeu parecia nova na função e não tinha experiência pra explicar e sugerir outros produtos, perfume Boticário esquece já não uso a anos, pago mais caro nos importados também pelo atendimento nas lojas. A experiência de conhecer a maquiagem foi péssima. Sinto muito a partir de hoje não quero nem os brindes, muito arrogastes as vendedoras poucas lojas tem um atendimento bom parece padrão serem assim tão péssimas.
