Em passeio em Maceió fui a essa loja comprar dois produtos da Sophie, na hora de passar o meu cartao de débito na maquininha, a atendente informou que o sistema caiu, entao nao sabia dizer ao certo se debitou da minha conta, pois cheguei a digitar a senha e confirmar e pediu para aguardar.
Esperei e por causa da demora tive que ir embora. No dia seguinte fui a loja novamente, pois debitou da minha conta o valor de R$ 40,60 e não levei produto algum.
Falei com a atendente no caixa e ela me disse para aguardar até o dia seguinte que o valor seria estornado na minha conta, mas até o momento nao foi...moro em outro estado e não pude ir mais pessoalmente a essa loja.
My experience at that store was disappointing.
On a walk in Maceió I went to this store to buy two Sophie products, when it was time to pass my debit card on the machine, the attendant informed me that the system went down, so I couldn't say for sure if she debited my account, because I typed password and confirm and asked to wait.
I waited and because of the delay I had to leave. The next day I went to the store again, because I debited R $ 40.60 from my account and I didn't take any product.
I spoke to the cashier and she told me to wait until the next day that the amount would be refunded in my account, but so far it hasn't been ... I live in another state and I couldn't go to that store more personally.
