★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hambúrguer NA BRASA. Bem interessante e apresentação ótima com aquele leve gosto de churrasco. Não sei se a combinação que fiz foi das melhores (hambúrguer + cheddar + cebola caramelizada + maionese da casa), mas faltou algum sabor pra ele ficar top. Esse que fiz ficou MASSA, mas creio que a pessoa deva colocar um adicional (bacon) pra dar mais gosto e ficar TOP. A batata frita é uma das melhores que já comi (não é algo tão especial, mas eu sou viciado) e o refri tava beeeem gelado (ótimo).
Atendimento rápido e atencioso! O dia que fui(domingo), não vi a fila ficar pequena em momento algum. É muito bem visto pelo pessoal local (e creio que de longe - pois fui de boa viagem pra Olinda provar).
Existem mesas dentro do estabelecimento (pequeno) e na orla (bem disputada) . Volto em breve. A estrela a menos é devido ao "faltar algo mais na combinação".
Hamburger ON THE EMBASSY. Very interesting and great presentation with that light barbecue taste. I don't know if the combination I made was the best (hamburger + cheddar + caramelized onion + mayonnaise from the house), but it lacked some flavor for it to stay top. The one I made was PASTA, but I believe that the person should put an additional one (bacon) to give more taste and stay TOP. The fries are one of the best I've ever eaten (it's not something so special, but I'm addicted) and the soda was very cold (great).
Fast and attentive service! The day I went (Sunday), I didn't see the line getting small at any time. It is very well seen by the local people (and I think from a distance - because I went on a good trip to Olinda to prove it).
There are tables inside the establishment (small) and on the waterfront (well disputed). I'll be back soon. The less star is due to "something missing from the combination".
