 Burgers have improved and delivery time has gone down a lot! The snack arrives warm and with great flavor.

Não respeitaram o ponto que pedi da carne e ainda me ignoraram no whatsapp quando tentei fazer um pedido de uma cortesia que tinha ganhado deles. Pior experiência que já tive em uma hambúrgueria.
Terrible, hamburger arrived cold, salty and with a pate instead of bacon sauce.
They didn't respect the point I asked for meat and even ignored me on whatsapp when I tried to order a courtesy I had earned from them. Worst experience I've ever had at a burger.

Veio com queijo e uma só rodela de tomate. paguei 3 reais de acréscimo do tomate. Achei um absurdo.
I ordered two sandwiches, one without cheese and one with tomato added.
It came with cheese and a single slice of tomato. I paid 3 reais extra for the tomato. I found it absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e última vez que faço pedido com vocês, realizei pedido pelo ifood e fiquei esperando na porta de 22:30 até 23:00 e nada do pedido ser entregue. Ao entrar em contato com a loja a mesma me informa que o motoboy deixou com o porteiro, sendo que em todo momento eu estava la. Mentirosos.
First and last time I place an order with you, I placed an order through ifood and waited at the door from 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm and nothing was delivered. When contacting the store, it informs me that the motoboy left it with the doorman, and I was there at all times. Liars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente assídua e nunca tive tamanha decepção, fiz um pedido pelo ifood hoje e quase duas horas depois meu pedido foi cancelado. Vi que havia mensagens da hamburgueria pedindo que eu fosse buscar meu pedido (apesar de estar hospedada em um hotel e o pedido ser recebido pela recepção) resolveram não deixar e esperar que eu fique olhando ifood. Liguei na hamburgueria e pedi pra conversar com o gerente (Adailton) me tratou com total descaso, me deu uma desculpa esfarrapada de que o motoboy não pode deixar o pedidos na recepção, apesar de sempre deixarem (ele também não podia pedir ao recepcionista para interfone no quarto) e não fez um nada pra me ajudar a resolver minha situação. Perderam uma cliente porque eu não peço nunca mais.
I'm a regular customer and I've never had such a disappointment, I placed an order through ifood today and almost two hours later my order was cancelled. I saw that there were messages from the hamburger shop asking me to pick up my order (despite being staying in a hotel and the order being received by the reception) they decided not to leave it and wait for me to look at ifood. I called the hamburger shop and asked to talk to the manager (Adailton) he treated me with total disregard, he gave me a lame excuse that the motoboy can't leave the orders at the reception, although they always do (he also couldn't ask the receptionist for the intercom in the room) and did nothing to help me resolve my situation. They lost a customer because I never order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar de Burguês não tem nada. Mas tem de mentirosos. Efetuei um pedido pelo iFood e depois de 2h cancelaram. Durante o processo de espera, mentiram pra mim marcando que o pedido havia saído pra entrega. Como demorou a chegar, entrei em contato com a loja e foi dito “acabou de sair, já já chega aí”. Mais 40 minutos e nada. Apenas colocaram o telefone sem acesso para impedir contato dos clientes e cancelaram meu pedido. Não recomendo! Nota 0. O Mc Donalds da Assembléia atendeu bem melhor.
This Bourgeois place has nothing. But there are liars. I placed an order through iFood and after 2 hours they canceled. During the waiting process, they lied to me marking that the order was out for delivery. As it took a while to arrive, I contacted the store and was told “it just left, it's already there”. Another 40 minutes and nothing. They just put the phone without access to prevent customer contact and canceled my order. I do not recommend! Note 0. The Assembly's Mc Donalds served much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada! Pedimos dois hambúrgueres e um deles veio com a carne QUEIMADA (isso porque pedimos ao ponto)e não enviaram os molhos. Como se não bastasse, pagamos mais caro por um refrigerante de 600ml e enviaram de 350ml. Fiz um comentário no Instagram e eles apagaram. Não compro nunca mais.
Disappointed! We ordered two hamburgers and one of them came with the meat BURNT (that's because we ordered it to the point) and they didn't send the sauces. As if that wasn't enough, we paid more for a 600ml soda and they sent 350ml. I made a comment on Instagram and they deleted it. I never buy again.
