★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi num domingo a noite pelo ifood. O tempo estourou em muito, já tarde da noite de domingo. Escrevi e liguei várias vezes sem resposta nenhuma da lanchonete, e, obviamente, pra me enrolar, pois havia pedido o cancelamento, só responderam depois de mudar o status do pedido pra "a caminho". Avisei que já iria pra cama e vi no dia seguinte uma mensagem perguntando se queria mesmo cancelar. Ninguém veio até minha casa nem tocaram a campainha, e não fizeram o estorno da minha compra ainda. Vergonha!!!!! Inadmissível!!!! Que picaretas!!!
I ordered one Sunday night for food. Time blew up a lot, late on Sunday night. I wrote and called several times with no response at all from the cafeteria, and obviously, to stall me, as I had asked for cancellation, they only responded after changing the order status to "on the way". I told them I was going to bed and saw a message the next day asking if I really wanted to cancel. No one came to my house or rang the doorbell, and they haven't reversed my purchase yet. Shame!!!!! Inadmissible!!!! What picks!!!

MUITO DESRESPEITO COM O CLIENTE! NAO INDICO NEM AO MEU PIOR INIMIGO.

I made an order through iFood but my order did not come complete, I contacted them to inform about the same but they did not pay me any attention. I called, they said they would deliver but so far they haven't delivered the rest of my order. I don't recommend it to anyone

Não estavam saborosos, faltou tempero na carne, não consegui dar 3 mordidas no hambúrguer, precisei dar para outra pessoa que também veio reclamar que estava muito ruim. A nota 1 é porque ao menos a batata frita estava boa, mas não vale nem um centavo que eu gastei, estou decepcionada que gastei mais de R$50 reais em algo que não consegui comer de tão ruim. Pra piorar, a loja entrei em contato com mensagem genérica agradecendo pela mensagem, sendo que deixei feedback negativo kk
To be honest, it was one of the worst hamburgers I've ever had in my life. They were not tasty, the meat lacked seasoning, I couldn't take 3 bites of the hamburger, I had to give it to someone else who also came to complain that it was too bad. The grade 1 is because at least the fries were good, but it's not worth a penny I spent, I'm disappointed that I spent more than R$50 reais on something I couldn't eat it was so bad. To make matters worse, the store got in touch with a generic message thanking you for the message, and I left negative feedback kk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido via ifood. Paguei por pix. E só o meu dinheiro sai da conta. Segundo a loja, o pedido não chegou no sistema, consequentemente nem o lanche pra mim.
Pelo visto, é uma situação corriqueira. Já que há outras reclamações do tipo.
A loja não se responsabilizou. E cerca de 50 reais meus ainda não voltaram pra mim. No mínimo, nunca pensam nada nesta hamburgueria via ifood.
I ordered it via ifood. I paid per pix. And only my money comes out of the account. According to the store, the order did not arrive in the system, consequently neither did the snack for me.
Apparently, it's a common situation. Since there are other complaints like this.
The store took no responsibility. And about 50 reais of mine still haven't come back to me. At the very least, they never think anything about this burger via ifood.
