★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido fez um pedido de dois hambúrgueres. E pedi à ele que pusesse bacon adicional no meu que originalmente não havia bacon. Quando chegou o pedido comecei a comer e na metade do sanduíche percebi que não tinha vindo o bacon que paguei à mais. Reclamei no app e a funcionária Shay da unidade Recreio quis me dar a diferença na próxima compra. Questionei como seria o desconto já que eu peço sempre pelo app pagando antecipado com o cartão de crédito. Ela me disse que adicionar no campo “Observação”. Mas não me senti segura pois para o restaurante ler o meu pedido eu já teria pagado e o desconto não seria abatido. Pedi para a funcionária Shay o hambúrguer que eu havia pago. Era só isso que eu queria. Depois de muita conversa ela concordou em fazer a troca. Quando chegou, eu desci e o motoboy pediu para que eu entregasse o hambúrguer comido! Achei um absurdo!! Que diferença faz para o restaurante receber um hambúrguer comido?! E a senhora Shay ainda me mandou uma mensagem mal criada quando o motoboy voltou sem o hambúrguer comido, dizendo que o motoboy teria que arcar com os custos!!!
Senti que o estabelecimento não mantém uma relação de confiança com os clientes. Muito menos fazem questão de agradá-los. Fiquei extremamente decepcionada com o restaurante, já que eu era uma cliente assídua.
Do que era pra ser uma noite tranquila e relaxante com o meu marido, virou um estresse sem tamanho!!
 My husband placed an order for two hamburgers. And I asked him to put additional bacon in mine that originally had no bacon. When the order arrived, I started to eat and halfway through the sandwich I realized that the bacon I had overpaid hadn't come. I complained on the app and the employee Shay from the Recreio unit wanted to give me the difference in the next purchase. I asked how the discount would be since I always ask for the app by paying in advance with my credit card. She told me to add in the “Observation” field. But I didn't feel safe because for the restaurant to read my order I would have already paid and the discount would not be discounted. I asked employee Shay for the hamburger I had paid for. That's all I wanted. After much conversation she agreed to make the switch. When it arrived, I got out and the courier asked me to deliver the eaten hamburger! I found it absurd !! What difference does it make for the restaurant to receive a hamburger eaten ?! And Mrs. Shay even sent me a badly created message when the motoboy returned without the hamburger eaten, saying that the motoboy would have to bear the costs !!!
I felt that the establishment does not maintain a relationship of trust with customers. Much less are they keen to please them. I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant, as I was a regular customer.
From what was supposed to be a peaceful and relaxing night with my husband, it became a stress without size !!

The service is very good. The products in general are handmade and their prices match. The taste is very good, within the standard of hamburgers of the same proposal. It's really worth trying.
