Então, eu pedi para não cortar mto o pelo e que podia deixar o rosto tmb, recebi minha cachorra super assustada e sem bigode, quem continua sem entender o que aconteceu foi eu. Não se preocupe com o feedback, nunca mais vou comprar nada ai, boa sorte nos negócios e minha dica é que trate melhor seus clientes pet.
Bad bath and grooming service. Not recommend, unprofessional and careless staff. They cut the pet's mustache, I've never seen it, besides the cut was full of flaws and my dog was shaking her head. ?
So, I asked not to cut the hair too much and that it could leave the face as well, I received my dog, super scared and without a mustache, who still doesn't understand what happened was me. Don't worry about the feedback, I'll never buy anything there again, good luck in business and my tip is to treat your pet customers better.
