★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei no restaurante pelo aplicativo TO NO LUCRO, semana passada dois Refrigerantes H20 estavam vencidos, liguei para lá e ninguém atendeu.
Essa semana comprei um prato executivo e o pedido veio errado, não mandaram a proteína nem a guarnição escolhida.
Acredito que se a empresa não dispõe do produto do cardápio que retire do app ou ao menos entre em contato com o cliente para podermos escolher outra opção, e não que faça a troca sem nem mencionar nada.
Tentei entrar em contato com a empresa pelo telefone e ninguém retorna, o aplicativo também não forneceu nenhum esclarecimento.

I bought at the restaurant through the TO NO LUCRO app, last week two H20 soft drinks were expired, I called there and nobody answered.
This week I bought an executive dish and the order came wrong, they didn't send the protein or the chosen garnish.
I believe that if the company does not have the product of the menu that you remove from the app or at least contact the customer so that we can choose another option, and not that you make the exchange without even mentioning anything.
I tried to contact the company by phone and no one returns, the application also did not provide any clarification.

Porém hoje, 04/05/22, as opções de carne bovina não estavam boas, o bife estava super duro, difícil de comer, e a outra opção era cupim. Penso que poderiam colocar o valor do kilo acima de R$ 72 para inserir carne de primeira, a exemplo de filé. As opções de salada crua tbm hoje estava escassa, e os molhos poderiam ficar nas mesas para facilitar p clientes. Todavia, pretendo voltar mais cedo outro dia e ter mais sorte na proteína vermelha.
Good service and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent, fresh orange juice. But today, 05/04/22, the beef options were not good, the steak was super tough, hard to eat, and the other option was termite. I think they could put the value of the kilo above R$ 72 to insert first-class meat, such as fillet. Raw salad options were also scarce today, and sauces could stay on the tables to make it easier for customers. However, I intend to come back early another day and have better luck on the red protein.
