It took over an hour to deliver the order. Very upset because my location is 1.5 km away. I thought the delay was absurd, the pizza arrived from warm to cold.

More than an hour late in ordering, not being able to contact the restaurant and not knowing if I will receive my order, as they closed the restaurant in iFood. Terrible service and service!!!!!!!!

My experience was horrible, I ordered it through ifood and it took over 2 hours to arrive. The worst thing is that the pizzeria's phone doesn't work, because no one answers, the contact via the Ifood chat doesn't work either, bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. fiz meu pedido pelo Ifood e a entrega doi feita em outro endereço. Para a pizzaria constava um número e para mim constava o endereço correto. Eles ignoraram, simplesmente disseram que lamentavam e daí pra frente nãoa atgendiam mais o telefone nem respondiam o whatsapp. O Fornês preferiu ter um cliente insatisfeito do resolver o problem com o Ifood. Não queriam ter trabalho. Eu mesmo fiz contato com o Ifood no dia seguinte e eles estornaram o valaor que eu paguei. Fornês NUNCA MAIS. Horrível atendimento.
Terrible. I placed my order through Ifood and the delivery was made to another address. For the pizzeria there was a number and for me it was the correct address. They ignored it, simply said they were sorry and from then on, they no longer answered the phone or answered whatsapp. Fornês preferred to have a dissatisfied customer than solve the problem with Ifood. They didn't want to have work. I made contact with Ifood the next day and they refunded the amount I paid. Fornes NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service.
