★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento, solicitei o pedido pelo app do ifood, passei orientação sobre a entrega no chat, onde tive a confirmação que estaria tudo ok. para minha supressa quando sou avisada que a entrega chegou e vou busca-la o motoboy simplesmente já deixou minha entrega em outro setor e e com uma pessoa que eu nem conheço, agora eu tenho que sair pelo hospital procurando a entrega...simplesmente RIDICULO esse estabelecimento.
lousy service, I requested the order through the ifood app, gave guidance on delivery in the chat, where I had confirmation that everything would be ok. to my surprise when I am notified that the delivery has arrived and I am going to pick it up, the courier simply left my delivery in another sector and and with a person I don't even know, now I have to go to the hospital looking for delivery ... simply RIDICULO this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nas 3 vezes que pedi ....tive problema na entrega !!! Na 1° vez demorou mais de 2 horas na loja da zl !!! Moça muito atenciosa porém a demora foi grande .... me deu um combo por esse problema da demora ... qndo eu pedi O combo brinde .. novamente demora mais de 2 hora para entrega !!! A moça informou que seria melhor eu pedir na loja da zn pq seria mais perto da minha casa para não ocorrer esse tipo de problema... Porém hj novamente fiz o pedido e perguntei o tempo de espera e atendende informou em torno de 50 a 60 minutos ... perguntei se não teria atraso e a pessoa me confirmou que não... agora liguei depois de 1hora e 10 minutos do pedido e a moça informou que estava com muito pedidos q por isso ia demorar mais 40 minutos pra chegar .... novamente mais de 2 horas pra entrega... isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente... se no começo a atendente informar que vai demorar mais de 2 horas pra entrega ... O cliente verifica se quer esperar ... Mais não vcs sempre informaram o prazo e nunca compre combinado... vcs perderam de ez o cliente ... não irei mais pedir e não vou indicar ...
The 3 times I ordered .... I had a problem with delivery !!! In the 1st time it took more than 2 hours at the zl store !!! Very attentive girl but the delay was long .... she gave me a combo due to this delay problem ... when I ordered The toast combo .. again it takes more than 2 hours to deliver !!! The girl informed me that it would be better for me to ask at the ZN store because it would be closer to my house so that this type of problem would not occur ... But today I again ordered and asked for the waiting time and answered the call and informed about 50 to 60 minutes ... I asked if there would be a delay and the person confirmed that I did not ... now I called after 1 hour and 10 minutes of the order and the girl informed me that I had a lot of orders so it would take another 40 minutes to arrive .. .. again more than 2 hours for delivery ... this is a lack of respect with the customer ... if in the beginning the attendant informs that it will take more than 2 hours for delivery ... The customer checks if he wants to wait .. But you have not always informed the deadline and never buy combined ... you have lost the customer ... I will not ask anymore and I will not indicate ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Franguês aqui na zona norte merece 5 estrelas com certeza. A porção de frango com batata estava deliciosa, 500 gramas mesmo. Chegou dentro do prazo de entrega.Tudo muito bem feito e vem com molhos, excelentes também.
Faltava este tipo de comida aqui na zona norte.
Muito sucesso ao Franguês, preço e qualidade, com certeza voltaremos a pedir!!!
The Franguês here in the north area deserves 5 stars for sure. The chicken and potato portion was delicious, 500 grams. It arrived within the delivery period. Everything very well done and comes with sauces, excellent too.
This type of food was lacking here in the north.
Much success to Franguês, price and quality, we will definitely ask again !!!
