★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei por ter uma fila imensa e os donos nada fazem para diminuir e aumentar o conforto dos seus clientes, tem só uma pessoa cortando o galeto e outras 3 olhando esperando p embalar, causando fila de espera sem cadeira e sem prioridade para idoso. A caixa não deixa vc pagar o galeto primeiro e diz que tem que pegar o galeto e pagar depois, tendo que infrentar duas filas. Super desorganizado e o valor muito alto do galeto 32,00, e é super normal! Muito desconfortável a fila e vi pessoas desistirem de comprar pela demora ! Perderam uma cliente pq comprei a 1 vez a algum tempo e era assim e resolvi dar uma segunda chance, mas infelizmente só mantiveram a mesma experiência ruim de antes.
I didn't like having a long line and the owners do nothing to decrease and increase the comfort of their customers, there is only one person cutting the chicken and 3 others waiting to pack, causing a queue without a chair and without priority for the elderly. The cashier does not let you pay the chicken first and says you have to take the chicken and pay later, having to break two lines. Super disorganized and the very high price of the chicken 32.00, and it is super normal! The queue was very uncomfortable and I saw people giving up buying because of the delay! They lost a client because I bought it 1 time ago and it was like this and I decided to give it a second chance, but unfortunately they only kept the same bad experience as before.
