★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura física excelente, mas o atendimento ineficiente. Pedimos 8 sanduíches, e vinha 1 a cada meia hora. Foi muito decepcionante tentar sair pra descontrair e passar fome com os amigos, um comia, e outros 7 assistiam com fome porque não chegavam os sanduíches os quais pedimos tanto para chegarem juntos. Fora que economizaram muito nos produtos, os sucos feito água, sanduíches com carnes só na metade de um pãozinho duro e com a batata queimada.
Excellent physical structure, but inefficient service. We ordered 8 sandwiches, and 1 came every half hour. It was very disappointing to try to go out to relax and go hungry with friends, one ate, and another 7 watched hungry because the sandwiches we asked so much to arrive together didn't arrive. Besides, they saved a lot on the products, the juices made into water, sandwiches with meats only on half a hard roll and with the baked potato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje e tive uma experiência péssima, eu ia pedir um filé de primeira mas o garçom resolveu indicar um contrafilé (mais caro) falando que ia valer mais a pena, quando chegou o contra filé estava só gordura e mal tinha carne e a carne que tinha parecia um chiclete. Péssimos garçons, e ainda fizeram pouco da insatisfação do cliente, não tentaram de nenhuma forma resolver o meu problema.
I went today and had a bad experience, I was going to order a first-class fillet but the waiter decided to recommend a ribeye (more expensive) saying it would be more worth it, when the ribeye arrived it was just fat and there was barely any meat and the meat that it had looked like a bubblegum. Terrible waiters, and even made light of the customer's dissatisfaction, they didn't try in any way to solve my problem.
