★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O processo de vendas foi excelente, mas depois foi só problema. Instalaram a piscina, mas não tinha bomba para instalar. Depois da instalação da bomba veio uma outra equipe para fazer a primeira limpeza e viram que tinha um monte de ajustes para serem feitos que a equipe da instalação não resolveu. Depois foi a hora do treinamento para a manutenção, bem superficial para quem tem uma primeira piscina. Depois tiveram que voltar pois a bomba não estava com força suficiente para limpar e precisaram dar alguns ajustes e por final outros problemas apareceram e depois de várias ligações e agendas o problema não foi resolvido. Infelizmente estou tendo que contratar outra empresa para resolver os problemas que eles deixaram pendentes.
The sales process was excellent, but then it was just a problem. The pool was installed, but there was no pump to install. After the pump was installed, another team came to do the first cleaning and they saw that they had a lot of adjustments to be made that the installation team had not resolved. Then it was time for maintenance training, very superficial for those who have a first pool. Then they had to go back because the pump was not strong enough to clean and they needed to make some adjustments and finally other problems appeared and after several calls and schedules the problem was not resolved. Unfortunately I'm having to hire another company to solve the problems they left unresolved.
