Permanecem com um produto a venda no magazine luiza. Realizei a compra, não obtive o produto no prazo esperado.
Após esse período consegui achei o contato aqui no google, pois no Magazine Luiza não respondem.
Alegam ser problema do Magazine Luiza, mas deveriam se responsabilizar por deixar um produto a venda na plataforma.
Resumo, lavaram as mãos e culpam a platafora, não admitindo a co-responsabilidade.
Em resumo, não enviaram o produto solicitado - alegaram falta de estoque, mesmo com ele disponivel no site.
E não estão ajudando na recuperação do dinheiro gasto.
Péssima experiência, não recomendo a ninguém.
