Levei ao mecanico que encaixou a peça e falou que não seria necessária a compra pois o antigo tinha jeito, então levei de volta no paulistão e falei com o dono"acho" que falou que a peça estava arranhada e ele não poderia receber de volta. Descaso com o cliente, solicitei a NF 1.353 pois a mesma tinha vindo com um pedido interno. Não faço mais negócio com esta loja, quem puder não faça, minha opinião.
I bought a shock absorber cushion, of 2nd line, of the 12/13 megane. I took it to the mechanic who fitted the piece and said that the purchase would not be necessary because the old one had a way, so I took it back to São Paulo and talked to the owner "I think" who said that the piece was scratched and he couldn't get it back. Neglect with the client, I requested NF 1,353 because it had come with an internal order. I don't do any more business with this store, whoever can do it, my opinion.
