★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive de passagem pela cidade e em um aventual problema danifiquei meu capacete, e fui em uma loja das proximidades para ver se havia manuntenção, e achei apenas uma peça, então comprei e me recomendaram ir loja O Pedal Motos que o mesmo haveria o restante das peças que eu iria precisar e quem sabe ate poderiam fazer a manuntenção, na loja encontrei o que eu precisava porem em um mal entendido um funcionario disse que não iriam fazer o reparo e que eu paguei APENAS pela peça, e ainda tive que ouvir um "nada haver" de um jeito um tanto esnobe! Eu iria sair insatisfeito, mesmo que fosse cobrado o reparo eu nao me importaria de forma alguma pagar, no entanto um outro funcionario correspondente pelo nome de Jhonny me abordou e disse que ele mesmo iria fazer o reparo, e como prometido ele me entregou o capacete perfeito. E ele não me cobrou a mão de obra.
Confesso que se nao houvesse preocupação deste funcionario eu não voltaria muito menos recomendaria esta loja, pois enquanto alguns se preocupam em lucrar em venda de peças e acessorios outros se preocupam com a satisfação dos clientes, fidelizar o retorno dos clientes é tão importante quanto lucrar em cima deles. Parabéns ao Jhonny pela solidariedade e coerencia, espero que ele sirva de exemplo pros seus demais colegas! Caso eu volte a cidade e se for preciso irei retornar sim a loja, mas farei questão de ser atendido pelo Jhonny. Forte abraço.
I was passing through the city and in an adventurous problem I damaged my helmet, and I went to a nearby store to see if there was maintenance, and I found only one piece, so I bought and recommended to go to O Pedal Motos store that the same would be the rest of parts that I would need and who knows they could even do the maintenance, in the store I found what I needed to put in a misunderstanding an employee said that they would not do the repair and that I paid ONLY for the part, and I still had to hear a " there is nothing "in a rather snobbish way! I would leave unsatisfied, even if the repair was charged I would not mind paying in any way, however another correspondent by the name of Jhonny approached me and said that he would do the repair himself, and as promised he handed me the helmet Perfect. And he didn’t charge me for labor.
I confess that if there was no concern from this employee I would not come back much less recommend this store, because while some are concerned with profit from the sale of parts and accessories others are concerned with customer satisfaction, retaining the return of customers is as important as profit in on top of them. Congratulations to Jhonny for his solidarity and coherence, I hope he will serve as an example for his other colleagues! In case I return to the city and if necessary I will return to the store, but I will make sure to be attended by Jhonny. Strong hug.
