★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a minha cachorrinha para cortar as unhas e a mulher cortou as unhas dela no balcão onde me atendeu. Não o suficiente, machucou a unha da minha cachorra, correndo grande risco de pegar algum vaso sanguineo de tanto que cortou. Transpareceu falta de competencia. Levo nunca mais!
Para tentar amenizar não cobraram o corte, o que era o mínimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deixei meus bichinhos as 10;30 para tomar banho e tosar,fui sem avisar as 12;55 o rapaz estava almoçando,achei um absurdo ele ter saído para almoçar sem ter terminado, quando deixei meus bichinhos avisei que não gosto de deixa_los em gaiola. como ele pode sair pra almoçar sem terminar seu trabalho? imagina se um médico sai no meio da consulta para almoçar? nunca mais irei e nem recomendo.
I left my pets at 10; 30 to bathe and shear, I went without warning at 12; 55 the boy was having lunch, I thought it was absurd that he went out to lunch without having finished, when I left my pets I told him that I don't like leaving them in a cage. how can he go out to lunch without finishing his work? imagine if a doctor leaves in the middle of the consultation to have lunch? I will never go nor recommend it again.

Deixo minha Pet lá pra tomar banho sem nenhuma preocupação pq sei que ela está bem cuidada e pra mim é muito claro que eles fazem isso não só como negócio, mas porque gostam mesmo! Super recomendo!
I LOVE this place...and my pug too! They always treated my baby with great care and professionalism! I leave my pet there to take a shower without any worries because I know she's well taken care of and for me it's very clear that they do this not only as a business, but because they really like it! I highly recommend it!
