I would rate it 0 for the lack of feedback that Hamburgueria offers. They delay the order for more than hours and do not respond to messages and do not answer the phone. A huge lack of respect for the customer. Never!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hambúrguer gostoso, mas demora muito!! Coloquei a opção de retirar no balcão e mesmo assim demorou mais de 2 hrs pra ficar pronto! Tento entrar em contato com o restaurante e so botam um robô pra falar com a gente! Tento ligar e ninguém atende. Falta de respeito com o consumidor, nao peço mais.
Burger tasty, but takes too long!! I put the option to withdraw at the counter and even so it took more than 2 hrs to get ready! I try to get in touch with the restaurant and they only put a robot to talk to us! I try to call and no one answers. Lack of respect for the consumer, I don't ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido para retirar no balcão e atrasaram mais de uma hora o pedido. Então pedi para entregarem e já se passaram 2 horas e nada. Ainda ligaram, pediram para esperar no portao, pela proximidade e mesmo assim continuo sem meu pedido....
O pior é que dizem que ficaria pronto de 20 a 30 minutos...
Decepção total.
I placed the order for pick up at the counter and the order took over an hour. So I asked for it to be delivered and it's been 2 hours and nothing. They still called, asked to wait at the gate, due to the proximity and still I still don't have my order....
The worst thing is that they say it would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes...
Total disappointment.
