Levei minha mae lá pra acertar uma conta e fazer uma nova compra, minha mãe chegou na loja, fez o acerto e foi escolher o que levaria.Quando estava vendo ainda o que comprar uma das vendedoras chegou nela e disse que não sabia se ela teria crédito pra levar aqueles produtos, ela não sabia nem qual seria a forma de pagamento que minha mãe iria utilizar, e ainda insistou em perguntar : mas qual vai ser a forma de pagamento? nem esperou ela finalizar a compra ,achei uma falta de profissionalismo muito grande . Vocês precisam melhorar a forma de comunicação e tratamento com os clientes!
