★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desse lugar! Nunca fui tão maltratado e mal recebido por um lugar, pela própria dona. Além de tudo demorar e chegar em ordem contrárias, aconteceu que trouxeram a bebida errada, avisamos e o garçom afirmava que estava certa, apontamos no cardápio que vinha maracujá e na que veio tinha morango e kiwi. Daí ele trouxe um cardápio dizendo que erraram mesmo pois o nome era parecido, mas pela demora optamos por não trocar. Nossa bebida era 36,00 mas no cardapio que ele trouxe o valor era 31,00 e falamos que pagaríamos o valor da bebida que ficou, ele disse tudo bem e ia trocar. Até aí resolvido. Mas na conta veio 36,00 e ao reclamar apareceu um cardápio com o valor de 36,00 na bebida nova e o cardápio que o garçom mostrou tinha simplesmente desaparecido.A dona veio e falou "podem descontar a PO**A de 5 reais". Depois disso optamos por nao pagar o serviço e vieram mais e mais insultos. Parece que ele trouxe um caedapio da cozinha e era mesmo o valor antigo. Custa pedir desculpas? A dona falou que nao existia nada com esse valor e que estávamos mentindo. Está proprietária não está preparada para atender ao público, o atendimento é ruim e as comidas oleosas demais, a casquinha de siri era cheia de farinha e o hambúrguer da sadia (Ou nem isso) e as batidas muito doces. Fujam, o pior lugar de Ubatuba!

Then he brought a menu saying that they were wrong because the name was similar, but due to the delay we chose not to change. Our drink was 36.00 but on the menu he brought the value was 31.00 and we said we would pay the amount of the drink that was left, he said everything was fine and was going to change. So far resolved. But in the bill came 36.00 and when complaining a menu appeared with the value of 36.00 in the new drink and the menu that the waiter showed had simply disappeared. The owner came and said "you can discount the PO ** A of 5 reais ". After that we chose not to pay for the service and more and more insults came. It looks like he brought a caedapio from the kitchen and it was the old value. Does it cost to apologize? The owner said that there was nothing of that value and that we were lying. The owner is not prepared to serve the public, the service is bad and the food is too oily, the crab cone was full of flour and the healthy hamburger (or even that) and the beats are very sweet. Run away, the worst place in Ubatuba!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO VA A ESSE LUGAR, atendimento péssimo!! Gosto do litoral de São Paulo pelo atendimento, mas esse foi decepcionante, Arrependimento total!! Muiiiiiiito demorado, até um drink, foi um século para sair, a comida então, nem se fala!! Os garçons fugia da gente, tive que gritar o garçom para ele vir me atender, sem contar que a comida me fez mto mal, meu marido também não se sentiu bem, comida pesada e sem tempero! Não recomendo de forma alguma!
DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE, terrible service!! I like the coast of São Paulo for the service, but this was disappointing, total regret!! Sooooo long, even a drink, it took a century to get out, the food then, not to mention!! The waiters ran away from us, I had to yell at the waiter to come and serve me, not to mention that the food made me very bad, my husband didn't feel well either, heavy food and without seasoning! I don't recommend it at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pedi um salmão com molho de maracujá arroz salada e batata frita, o principal do prato que era o salmão com o molho de maracujá estava muito bom, batata frita também estava muito gostosa, gostei da variação de salada mas porém o arroz veio meio duro é grudado e foi a única coisa da refeição que me desagradou, atendimento foi ok nada de demais só achei que demorou um pouco para chegar a comida mas nada muito alarmante, não cheguei a pedir nenhuma batida somente uma coca pois não bebo, então sobre isso não posso comentar.
I ordered salmon with passion fruit sauce, rice salad and fries, the main dish, which was the salmon with passion fruit sauce, was very good, fries were also very tasty, I liked the salad variation but the rice was a little hard it's sticky and it was the only thing about the meal that I didn't like, service was ok nothing too much I just thought it took a while for the food to arrive but nothing too alarming, I didn't order any shakes just a coke because I don't drink, so about that I can't comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nosso pedido (que era simples) demorou mais de 1h p chegar. Quando chegou, o peixe estava frio. Não dão conta de atender quando o local está parcialmente cheio. Vi outros clientes reclamando pela demora. Íamos provar uma batida, até desistimos.
Our order (which was simple) took over 1h to arrive. When it arrived, the fish was cold. They can't answer when the place is partially full. I saw other customers complaining about the delay. We were going to taste a beat, until we gave up.

Atendimento péssimo, a ponto de termos que levantar para pegar uma cerveja! Música horrível, na qual os rapazes infelizmente não sabiam tocar o mínimo, para poder se apresentar em um local público (e ainda foi cobrado por pessoa)! Porção horrível, com 6 pedacinhos de peixe 80 reais! Não deu nem para as crianças! Garcon quando aparecia, só ficava de piada sem graça, mesmo estando claro que não estávamos gostando... A ponto de pedir o neném para ele levar embora! Batida 40 reais um copo! Praticamente sem álcool, só leite moça!
Resumindo 260 reais! Para não comer nada e ser mal atendido!
Era melhor ter comprado um churros na rua!
Depois que entendi o porquê a cidade está lotada e nesse local não havia uma alma!
