Better team, there is no better body shop in SP I'm 40 years old since I was 18 I take my cars there, they provide services at Peugeot in Algeria, including USA, EDSON, JAIR, GUILHERME, ROGÉRIO YOU CAN TRUST!!!

Tempo de realização do serviço pode melhorar (No meu caso dependi de liberações previstas na regulação de sinistro de terceiros coberto pela Allianz Seguros - Sinistro 259073067). O processo foi MOROSO DEMAIS - durou 50(cinquenta dias) da ocorrência do sinistro até a liberação do veículo pela oficina, PORÉM, os serviços realizados de funilaria no veículo foram de ótima qualidade e o atendimento da oficina é de excelência na receptividade, abordagem e respostas durante o período em que o serviço estava sendo executado.
***Ponto de melhoria para a oficina: *Reforçar o check list final antes da entrega do veículo após a realização dos serviços para evitar apontamentos e retrabalho desnecessário que acabam atrasando a retirada do mesmo.
Fora a morosidade do processo com a seguradora a oficina é de confiança.
Levaria meu carro lá novamente se precisasse, com certeza.

Service delivery time can improve (In my case I depend on releases provided for in the third-party claim regulation covered by Allianz Seguros - Claim 259073067). The process was TOO LONG - it took 50 (fifty days) from the occurrence of the accident to the release of the vehicle by the workshop, HOWEVER, the bodywork services performed in the vehicle were of excellent quality and the service provided by the workshop is excellent in terms of receptivity, approach and responses during the time the service was running.
***Improvement point for the workshop: *Reinforce the final checklist before the delivery of the vehicle after carrying out the services to avoid unnecessary notes and rework that end up delaying its removal.
Apart from the length of the process with the insurance company, the workshop is trustworthy.
I would take my car there again if I needed it for sure.
