★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Sempre foi assim. E quando erram ainda tentam botar a culpa no cliente. Levei um parafuso philips com porca e pedi um igual. Só quando cheguei em casa que vi um parafuso com a cabeça sextavada, sem condições de usar chave de fenda, só chave de boca. Voltei e disseram que não tinham. Então porque me venderam diferente do modelo que levei???
Lousy service. It always was. And when they make a mistake, they still try to blame the client. I took a philips screw with nut and ordered an equal. Only when I got home did I see a screw with a hexagonal head, no conditions to use a screwdriver, just a wrench. I came back and said they had not. So why did they sell me different from the model I took ???
