★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de atendimento. A pizza de camarão que pedimos estava com areia. Reclamamos com a atendente e ela chamou um senhor que aparentava ser o dono. O mesmo agiu de maneira grosseira e com deboche. Desistimos da pizza e perdemos nosso dinheiro. Decepcionante não recomendo a ninguém.
 Terrible service quality. The shrimp pizza we ordered had sand in it. We complained to the attendant and she called a man who appeared to be the owner. The same acted rudely and with debauchery. We gave up on pizza and lost our money. Disappointing would not recommend to anyone.

As in Timbau, since I was little, today 01/22/2022 I was there again and the food is still with the same quality, wonderful food, the clean and pleasant environment. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido de um filé a parmegiana para entrega às 12:22, fui atendida por um senhor que disse que chegaria no máximo em 40 min, levou uma hora e meia, chegou um filé com a embalagem amassada e toda suja do molho que derramou porque ficou apertada no saco, quando abri tinham colocado o filé e por cima o purê de batata que misturou com o molho e ficou muito feio, sem contar que quase não tinha queijo. Fiquei bastante decepcionada, pois quando o Timbau ainda era na Avenida Maria Quitéria sempre comprava esse filé e era maravilhoso. É uma pena que tenham perdido a qualidade desse jeito.
I ordered a fillet parmigiana for delivery at 12:22, I was answered by a gentleman who said it would arrive in a maximum of 40 min, it took an hour and a half, a fillet arrived with the packaging crumpled and all dirty from the sauce that spilled because it was tight in the bag, when I opened it they had put the fillet and on top the mashed potato that was mixed with the sauce and it was very ugly, not to mention that there was almost no cheese. I was very disappointed, because when Timbau was still on Avenida Maria Quitéria I always bought this filet and it was wonderful. It's a shame they lost the quality that way.
