Mas não me orientou e ou eu não soube entender o que havia dito a respeito de cópias,apenas me deu um papel para anotações.
Já a segunda funcionaria, me deu um atendimento ótimo e me orientou como devia ter procedido.
E eu saí do local satisfeito, parabéns pelo atendimento de ambos.

The employee who attended me was good.
But he didn't guide me and either I didn't understand what he had said about copies, he just gave me a paper for notes.
The second would work, it gave me great care and guided me how I should have proceeded.
And I left the place satisfied, congratulations on the care of both.
