★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local estava fechado com funcionários dentro mas poderia pelo menos dar uma resposta. Sem precisar ser por telefone. E os advogados reduziram muito as opções de atendimento.
The place was closed with employees inside but could at least give an answer. Without having to be on the phone. And lawyers have greatly reduced their options for assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo... 5 dias consecutivos voltando nesse lugar.. perda de tempo.. cada dia faltava uma coisa... tentando a pensão alimentícia da minha filha. não consegui um advogado.. tentarei por guarulhos que com certeza sera bem mais fácil .. não percam tempo indo naquele lugar com pessoas que parecem que tao lá, pra dispensar mesmo todas as causas.. nos obrigando a contratar um advogado... mas como? se não posso?. lixo lixo lixo lixo. total falta de humanidade .. queria dar nenhuma estrela

30/10/2020 atendido por um Advogado de plantão, que orientou a levar cópias documentos, ok! Na sua interpretação cabível de ação.
04/11/2020 Advogado de plantão , não estava seguro pediu para a recepcionista como faria , a mesma comentou que era interpretação do Dr , então ele entendeu que não cabia ação!
Orientação da Recepção, voltar outro dia , ver interpretação de outro Dr.
Tá faltando comprometimento, seriedade nos órgãos de prestação de serviço.
Por conta da pandemia, estão com atendimento reduzido, deixam informativo colado na porta de entrada, quantas pessoas idosas procuram atendimento, chega a dar dó!
Servir ao próximo é tem que ter paixão por ele.
Resumindo , não gostei!

There is a lack of commitment, seriousness in the bodies providing services.
Because of the pandemic, they have reduced service, leave information glued to the front door, how many elderly people seek care, it even pays!
To serve others is to have a passion for them.
In short, I didn't like it!
