O prédio é dividido em três pavimentos. As salas da diretoria e administração geral da OAB-CE funcionam no segundo andar. No térreo funciona a biblioteca com recepção e salas de estudos.
A sede possui ainda subsolo destinado à garagem, amplo auditório com capacidade para 300 pessoas, várias salas de aula com capacidade para 60 alunos cada, salas de reunião, biblioteca, creche e sala de estudo com capacidade para 50 lugares, além de farmácia, cafeteria e terraço aberto para eventos no primeiro pavimento. O Conselho Seccional funciona num amplo auditório com capacidade para assistência de 160 lugares.
Além disso, advogados e advogadas têm à disposição salas de apoio, com estrutura composta por computadores, scanner, sistema de internet, ar-condicionado e profissionais capacitados para atender à demanda da advocacia.
A estrutura de atendimento à saúde da nova sede compreende cinco consultórios odontológicos, duas salas de psicologia, sala de massoterapia, acupuntura, estúdio de pilares e farmácia. Além disso, advogadas contam com creche para deixar os filhos enquanto desenvolvem suas atividades profissionais.
A história da advocacia cearense também faz parte da estrutura da nova sede da OAB-CE, que conta com um Memorial. As peças fazem parte do acervo da instituição, adquiridas desde a fundação da entidade ou por meio de doações de advogados.
