★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como avaliado anteriormente, como advogado, a minha representação profissional não é legítima, com a OAB, uma instituição totalmente política, deixando de lado o principal mote, a defesa dos causídicos, razão da existência da OAB, que abastecem os cofres da instituição para os fins corporativos/políticos, destinando parcas ações em.defesa.da.massa.de.advogados, aqueles que labutam diariamente nos fóruns brasileiros, aqueles que ( matam um leão por dia)....como, o absurdo do controle de captação de clientes, sobre o *pequeno * advogado, ação que não vemos em relação às grandes bancas, aos (barões) da advocacia, porquanto, diariamente, constatamos uma absurda violação das prerrogativas e limites de atuação dessas grandes bancas, por seus titulares, gerando uma atuação profissional desigual entre os iguais.
Reafirmo que o benefício que resulta em positividade ao pequeno advogado, é a CAASP, que, felizmente, tem um estatuto à parte da disposição dos mandatários da OAB, ainda que indiretamente influenciem na mesma.
As previously considered, as a lawyer, my professional representation is not legitimate with OAB, a totally political institution, leaving aside the main motto, the defense of causality, reason for the existence of OAB, which supply the institution's coffers to corporate / political purposes, devoting few actions to.defesa.da.mass.de.vogadas, those who toil daily in the Brazilian forums, those who (kill a lion a day) .... like, the absurdity of control of capture of clients, about the * small * lawyer, an action that we do not see in relation to the big stalls, the (barons) of the law, because, daily, we find an absurd violation of the prerogatives and limits of action of these big stalls, by their holders, generating unequal professional performance among equals.
I reaffirm that the benefit that results in positivity for the small lawyer is CAASP, which, fortunately, has a status apart from the disposition of the OAB attorneys, even though they indirectly influence it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necessito do serviço desta instituição, acho que o valor da anuidade é uma vergonha, outras organizações o valor é metade disso e tem mais benefícios, não tem um clube dos advogados com quadra de tênis, piscina entre outras coisas, só para entender o centro médico se paga 50 reais de Mensalidade e tem 3 quadras de tênis 1 de futebol piscina e uma quadra poli sem contar com espaço de eventos e exposições,, e o valor da anuidade é metade, isso é uma vergonha
I need the service of this institution, I think the value of the annuity is a shame, other organizations the value is half of that and it has more benefits, there is no lawyer club with a tennis court, swimming pool among other things, just to understand the medical center 50 reais of tuition is paid and there are 3 tennis courts 1 soccer pool and a poly court not counting events and exhibitions space, and the annual fee is half, this is a shame
