★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só procurei esta sede pq estou enfrentando um grande problema com uma advogada, fui até a OAB de Itaquaquecetuba para registrar uma representação, pra minha surpresa, foi um corporativismo só, ninguém registra reclamação e passam a mão na cabeça de advogados desonestos, reconheceram o comportamento errado da advogada, mas ninguém fez nada, não havia um carimbo, um computador, um documento para dar andamento na má conduta da advogada, ou seja, vc reclama ali e tudo fica ali mesmo, não segue adiante. Tive que me deslocar até a OAB da Sé, lá é tudo feito com seriedade e transparência, e além de registrar uma reclamação contra a advogada reclamei na ouvidoria da OAB sobre o comportamento da OAB de itaqua que não está do lado da lei e descrevi todos os acontecimentos e anexei tudo ao processo.
Se alguém precisar de alguma instrução, orientação, registrar alguma reclamação contra um advogado, não percam tempo, vá direto a OAB da SÉ, não há filas de espera, os atendentes são atenciosos, explicam tudo, e se precisar lá mesmo já tiram cópias dos documentos.
Reforço, quem realmente não quer perder tempo, precisando encontrar pessoas dispostas a fazer o que é correto e agir conforme a lei, vão até a OAB da Sé.
