★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bem ruim! No Google estava com funcionamento até 19h no domingo. Cheguei lá as 1820h e me informaram que já tinham encerrado e que o Google estava errado (sem pedir desculpas e nada, do tipo "vaza!"). E se já encerraram, pq as portas estavam abertas?
Very bad service! At Google it was open until 7pm on Sunday. I arrived there at 1820h and was informed that they had already closed and that Google was wrong (no apologies and nothing, like "leaks!"). And if they already closed, why were the doors open?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, hoje 21/12/2021 solicitei um Smoothie 500 ml e pedi apenas para colocar metade da água usada, a atendente se negou e disse que era padrão, achei horrível pois veio com muita água e ficou todo aguado sem sabor do açaí. Talvez não seja um problema do produto e sim dos funcionários. Responsáveis ficar mais atento com os funcionários para os clientes não saírem insatisfeitos.
O açaí é muito bom um produto de boa qualidade, o problema mesmo é o atendimento.
Too bad, today 12/21/2021 I requested a 500 ml Smoothie and asked only to put half of the water used, the attendant refused and said it was standard, I thought it was horrible because it came with a lot of water and was all watery without açaí flavor. Maybe it's not a product issue, it's an employee issue. Responsibles be more attentive to employees so that customers do not leave dissatisfied.
Açaí is very good, a good quality product, the problem is the service.
