Não têm um atendimento cordial, não explicam com clareza as dúvidas em relação aos produtos que vendem.
Apesar do produto não ter uma qualidade igual aos que costumo consumir, o que mais me incomodou foi a falta de educação dos funcionários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um açaí padrão por aplicativo, o app me informou que o pedido já estava pronto para retirada, quando cheguei ao local o pedido ainda nem tinha sido preparado. O açaí é misturado com alguma outra coisa e derrete mais rápido que o normal.
I ordered a standard açaí per app, the app informed me that the order was ready for pick up, when I arrived at the place the order had not even been prepared. Açaí is mixed with something else and melts faster than usual.

Em 23/01/2021 fomos a este local para nos deliciarmos com um açaí, no entanto, já na chegada não tivemos um atendimento decente; haviam duas atendentes, muito apáticas e desatenciosas por sinal. Não éramos de Salvador e estávamos a passeio neste dia.
Olhamos o menu e fizemos nosso pedido. As atendentes não fizeram nem questão de nos explicar ou apresentar o menu, e pedimos um tipo de açaí, achando que era outro. O açaí era aguado, mole e tinha algo misturado. ??? Derreteu mais rápido que sorvete. ???
Resumindo, não recomendamos pelo péssimo atendimento e pelo açaí horrível! A estrutura física é bem aconchegante por dentro, porém muito pequena, sem espaço para 5 pessoas de uma mesma família sentarem, como foi nosso caso, pois só tinha 1 mesa com 2 cadeiras do lado de fora. ???
Our experience at that store was horrible! On 23/01/2021 we went to this place to enjoy açaí, however, on arrival we didn't have a decent service; there were two attendants, very apathetic and inattentive by the way. We were not from Salvador and we were walking around on this day.
We looked at the menu and placed our order. The attendants did not even make a point of explaining or presenting the menu to us, and we ordered one type of açaí, thinking it was another. The açaí was watery, soft and had something mixed. ??? Melted faster than ice cream. ???
In short, we do not recommend it for the terrible service and the horrible açaí! The physical structure is very cozy inside, but very small, with no space for 5 people from the same family to sit, as was our case, as there was only 1 table with 2 chairs outside. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí é delicioso, os toppings são variados que você até se perde, mas para quem gosta, recomendo o chia pudding. O smoothie não agradou muito, pela misturinha que vira mesmo. Não contém xarope de guaraná, o que é ótimo e não deixa tãão doce.
The açaí is delicious, the toppings are varied and you can even get lost, but for those who like it, I recommend the chia pudding. The smoothie was not very pleasant, because of the mixture that I had seen. It doesn't contain guarana syrup, which is great and doesn't leave sooo sweet.
