Quando o açaí chegou, tava sem o lacre de segurança e completamente virado, não dava p comer, o açaí caiu todo no pacote. Tentei falar com o restaurante e eles não respondem, engraçado que foi bem rápido p me ligar sobre a embalagem. Paguei 40 reais por nada, não comi nada do que veio, praticamente joguei no lixo, igual o atendimento desse Oak do Jabaquara, decepcionante.
When I placed the orders, I ordered the accompaniments separately, in a matter of minutes a girl called me and said she was without packaging, so far so good. When the açaí arrived, it was without the safety seal and completely overturned, I couldn't eat, the açaí fell all in the package. I tried to talk to the restaurant and they don't respond, funny that it was quick to call me about the packaging. I paid 40 reais for nothing, I didn't eat anything that came, I practically threw it in the trash, just like the service of this disappointing Oak of Jabaquara.
