★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá boa noite, hoje dia 03 de Setembro as 21h passei pra comprar um açaí no quiosque de vocês no Shopping Tucuruvi, infelizmente não foi possível . Ao chegar me deparei com o atendente com os dois cotovelos apoiados no balcão o mesmo apenas olhou pra minha cara e ficou aguardando eu dar boa noite, educado que sou comprimentei o mas o mesmo se manteve calado com cara de poucos amigos, perguntei como funcionava se era suco ou tipo sorvete ele apontou o cardápio e disse "tai ó", no ponto da conversa meu amigo interrompeu e disse pra irmos embora porque provavelmente o açaí não seria muito melhor que o atendimento. Acredito que isso nao deva ser um padrão da rede mas muito deve ter sido investido no negócio pra um funcionário queimar o negócio!
Acho que cabe atenção!

Após meu breve relato fui contatado pelo Guilherme franqueado, ele se mostrou muito preocupado com que aconteceu, foi bem prestativo em querer escutar. Como postei acima não acreditava que o padrão fosse aquele, e a atitude rápida tanto do Guilherme como da franqueadora me mostrou que foi apenas um caso isolado.
Comerei lá em breve se tudo ocorrer bem alterarei pra 5 estrelas com certeza

Hello good night, today September 03 at 21h I spent to buy an acai at your kiosk at Shopping Tucuruvi, unfortunately it was not possible. When I arrived I came across the clerk with both elbows resting on the counter he just looked at my face and was waiting for me to say good night, polite that I'm greeted but the same remained silent with face of few friends, asked how it worked if it was juice or ice cream he pointed the menu and said "ok", at the point of the conversation my friend interrupted and said to leave because probably the acai would not be much better than the service. I believe this should not be a network standard but much must have been invested in the business for an employee to burn the business!
I think it fits attention!

After my brief report I was contacted by Guilherme franchisee, he was very concerned about what happened, was very helpful in wanting to listen. As I posted above I did not believe the pattern was that, and the quick attitude of both William and the franchisor showed me that it was just an isolated case.
I'll eat there soon if everything goes well I'll change to 5 stars for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ já tivemos a oportunidades de comer o mesmo açaí em outros lugares, mas dessa vez foi decepcionante. Fiz o pedido de um açaí grande e simplesmente veio derretido, totalmente liquido. Voltei e pedi gentilmente para realizar a troca. A atendente me falou q estava normal, insisti q nao e logo ela pediu q voltasse dentro de 15 minutos para que a massa engrosse. Quando voltei ela preparou e deixou no balcão. Atendimento péssimo..se eu quisesse suco de acaí tudo bem, mas foi decepcionante.
we've had the opportunity to eat the same açaí elsewhere, but this time it was disappointing. I ordered a large açaí and it simply melted, completely liquid. I came back and gently asked to make the exchange. The attendant told me that it was normal, I insisted that it was not, and soon she asked me to return within 15 minutes for the dough to thicken.
