Fiz a compra de 2 produtos, para a entrega em 1 maternidade e devido a 1 mau entendido, achei q somenteb1 dos produtos havia sido entregue. Enviei uma mensagem pelo whatsup, q foi prontamente respondida pela Flavia. A Flavia, nao só verificou com o seu entregador se a entrega dos 2 itens havia sido realizada, como tambem falou com varias areas distintaa do hospital para entender a situação. No fim, tudo nao passou de 1 confusão da minha parte. A Flavia durante todo o atendimento foi muitl educada e solicita. Quando ela me disse que a entrega havia sido realizada em 100%, eu achei q o.atendimento por parte da floricultura, fosse se encerrar ali...mas ao contrario disso, ela fez toda a comunicação com o hospital.
A pessoa q recebeu os presentes, me agradeceu imensamente, cocordando comigo sobre a beleza da cesta e daa flores !!!!!
Estou muito satisfeita com a floricultura Oasis, e com certeza, sera a escolhida em uma proxima ocasião:)
Beautiful product and great price. The best thing about it was the service. I purchased 2 products for delivery in 1 maternity hospital and due to 1 misunderstanding, I thought that only b1 of the products had been delivered. I sent a message via whatsup, which was promptly answered by Flavia. Flavia not only checked with her delivery person whether the delivery of the 2 items had been made, but also spoke with several different areas of the hospital to understand the situation. In the end, it was all a mess on my part. Flavia throughout the service was very polite and solicitous. When she told me that the delivery had been done at 100%, I thought that the service provided by the florist would end there... but on the contrary, she made all the communication with the hospital.
The person who received the gifts thanked me immensely, agreeing with me about the beauty of the basket and giving flowers!!!!!
I am very satisfied with the Oasis flower shop, and for sure, it will be chosen on the next occasion :)

Precisei de um arranjo de última hora para o aniversário da minha mãe e a floricultura prontamente me ajudou. Chegou no horário combinado, preço justo e a cesta com arranjo de flores chocolate e balão ficou simplesmente LINDA! Amei. Recomendo!
My experience with the Oasis florist was wonderful! The service was super fast, very friendly and answered all my doubts. I needed a last minute arrangement for my mother's birthday and the florist promptly helped me. Arrived at the agreed time, fair price and the basket with chocolate flower arrangement and balloon was simply BEAUTIFUL! I loved. I recommend!

Parabéns pela equipe e atendimento tão maravilhoso.
E os preços são excelentes.
Best service I've ever had, they answered me quickly, without bureaucracy, without fuss, with all the education in the world, they were too fast, from the time I ordered the basket until delivery was exactly 30 minutes, I never saw a flower shop so fast, I will be a loyal customer. Congratulations on the staff and such wonderful service.
And the prices are excellent.
