★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Você liga ninguém atende. a ligação chama e a pessoa desliga. Você manda mensagem no WhatsApp ninguém responde. Por eu fica insistindo até me bloquearam. Se não querem atender ou responder no whats não teria nem que te o número na internet. Pois você liga pra tira dúvidas e sabe valores e fica sem resposta.
Terrible attendance. You call no one answers. the call calls and the person hangs up. You send a message on WhatsApp no one responds. Because I keep insisting until they blocked me. If they don't want to answer or answer on whats, they wouldn't even have to give you the number on the internet. Because you call to ask questions and know values and get no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha utilização do estacionamento achei o atendimento bem bacana. Pagamento adiantado de um valor único dr 20 reais por um período de 12hrs, vaga em local coberto e você leva a chave do veículo.
In my use of the parking, I found the service very nice. Payment in advance of a single amount dr 20 reais for a period of 12 hours, parking in a covered place and you take the vehicle key.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamento mal cuidado, péssimo atendimento, valor diferenciado para pick-ups de pequeno porte, funcionárias se negaram a me passar o nome para que eu pudesse fazer uma reclamação formal sobre o atendimento dizendo: Não te interessa, eu não sou obrigada a passar meu nome, não recomendo!
Poorly maintained parking lot, bad service, different price for small pick-ups, employees refused to give me their name so that I could make a formal complaint about the service saying: It doesn't matter to you, I'm not obliged to give my name , I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente Mari (ou Rosemari) foi super atenciosa. Outra atendente que a substituiu no dia 05/03/2022 também foi super atenciosa! Iria deixar o carro no sol e me falaram para deixar na sombra! Há um banheiro no local. Eu gostei do lugar!??? Emprestaram-me até uma tesoura para arrumar minha camisa kkk!
Attendant Mari (or Rosemari) was super helpful. Another attendant who replaced her on 03/05/2022 was also super attentive! I was going to leave the car in the sun and they told me to leave it in the shade! There is a bathroom on site. I liked the place!??? They even lent me scissors to fix my shirt lol!
