★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não tão bom por WhatsApp. Uma vez fiz o cadastro e pediram pra esperar. Chegaram na minha casa e não conseguiram instalar. Os técnicos pediram pra eu solicitar de novo que daria certo. Aí o atendimento por WhatsApp negou a versão dos técnicos e disse q minha área está indisponível.
Tivesse dito antes mesmo de eu realizar o cadastro, seria mais cômodo.
Quanto ao serviço de internet não posso opinar
Not so good service by WhatsApp. Once I registered and asked to wait. They arrived at my house and were unable to install it. The technicians asked me to request again that it would work. Then the WhatsApp service denied the technicians' version and said that my area is unavailable.
Had I said before I even registered, it would be more comfortable.
As for the internet service, I can't give an opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De inicio a internet era mediana, mas vem dando muitos problemas ultimamente e não resolvem. A internet não carrega um vídeo do youtuber e é que estou com plano de 10mb. Chega a ser incômodo. E todo dia o mesmo problema. Infelizmente a qualidade caiu muito.
At first the internet was average, but it has been giving a lot of problems lately and they don't solve it. The internet does not load a video from youtuber and I have a 10mb plan. It gets to be uncomfortable. And the same problem every day. Unfortunately the quality dropped a lot.
