★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavel a forma com que trataram minha esposa. Quando entramos na emergência da Casa de Saúde São José, meu filho que teve que autorizar mexer no cateter, pois nem os telefonemas e as mensagens do whatsapp a Dra Mariana respondia. Triste.
 Regrettable the way they treated my wife. When we entered the emergency room at Casa de Saúde São José, my son had to authorize the use of the catheter, as Dr Mariana would not even answer the phone calls and whatsapp messages. Sad.

Durante esses anos todos, nunca tive problemas com nenhuma funcionária.
Sempre muito bem atendido tanto pelo telefone como pessoalmente. Quero também agradecer a minha médica Dra. Maria Teresa, além de excelente médica é tambem uma excelente pessoa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste ouvir de um pai, em um período de luto da família da qual faço parte, defender a filha, Mariana, de sua omissão perante a família de Simonia, da qual faço parte, pois era sua médica e, no momento da Internação e durante tal período sequer visualizou o WhatsApp do filho, Bernardo. Como médica, perante o juramento que fez, Mariana deveria se desculpar, não se esconder atrás da figura do pai, um médico respeitável que deveria ser seu exemplo e não sua escolta. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá. Bom dia. Ñ fui atendido conforme solicitado e pago por isso. A doutora Luciana contt Castilho desmereceu a minha pessoa ao perguntar se eu ia ter dinheiro pra pagar o tratamento. Fiquei quieto constrangido pelo relatado dela.fui aí até a clínica pra uma solução do meu tratamento. E indicado pelos melhores médicos da minha região e tive uma decepção enorme.
.não esclareceu a minha dúvida sobre o tratamento. E nem informou qual seria o melhor procedimento. Fui indicado pela onco particular de Nova Friburgo pra ir na consulta com a doutora Luciana contt. E o hemorio não faz transplante. Onde a doutora Renata cravo que trabalha lá a mesma fez a solicitação que se eu conseguir me tratar aí seria o melhor pra mim. Eu só precisava do tratamento a ser feito e o valor do mesmo.o relatório q ela fez eu já tenho da médica particular daqui de Friburgo.
Não resolveu em nada .mas obrigado.

Hello good Morning. Ñ I was served as requested and paid for it. Dr. Luciana contt Castilho discredited me by asking if I would have the money to pay for the treatment. I was quiet embarrassed by her report. I went there to the clinic for a solution for my treatment. He was recommended by the best doctors in my region and I had a huge disappointment.
.did not clarify my question about the treatment. Nor did he say what would be the best procedure. I was recommended by the private onco of Nova Friburgo to go to the consultation with Dr. Luciana contt. And hemorio does not transplant. Where Dr. Renata Cravo, who works there, she made the request that if I can treat myself then it would be the best for me. I just needed the treatment to be done and the value of it. I already have the report she made from the private doctor here in Freiburg.
It didn't solve anything .but thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe teve um CA em 2008 e foi curada. Ele voltou algumas vezes e ficou boa. Tratava com Dr. Gil e Dra. Luciana Conti. Dessa vez apareceu com um CA de mama no início do ano. Procuramos o Dr. Gil que por sua vez delegou o tratamento para a Dra Mariana Gil... FOI UM DESASTRE ! Em suas consultas, ela sequer examinava minha mãe. Na última consulta, ela insistia em prescrever FEMARA E IBRANCE, SEM SEQUER SABER QUE A DOENÇA NÃO ESTAVA SENDO CONTIDA. Eu que avisei ela, pois a Dra Roberta ( ( Mastologista ) havia me falado. Somente assim ela resolveu mudar para a QT. Tarde demais. É lamentável a incúria e descaso de certos profissionais para com seus pacientes. Não há segurança na cura, sei disso, mas o zelo profissional é o mínimo que se espera. Muito triste tudo isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não queria entrar nesse mérito, mas hoje recebi um áudio do doutor Gil, médico que tem todo meu respeito, respondendo pela sua filha, Mariana (médica da minha falecida mãe), quanto as avaliações postadas aqui pelo meu irmão, Bernardo Schuwartz, e meu pai, José Lopes. Inclusive chamando-o de ansioso, inconsequente, o que ele não é. Muito pelo contrário, ele é um homem íntegro e um filho maravilhoso. E o plano cobriu todas as consultas, ao contrário do que foi dito, pois essa é a informação a mim repassada pelo meu irmão, que não ouso sonhar que seja mentirosa. Assim como Mariana a fez esperar cerca de duas horas na sala de espera pelo atendimento, ciente do estado em que ela se encontrava, o que a levou a fazer a radioterapia sem passar pela consulta. Então, espero que as medidas cabíveis, citadas no áudio, sejam tomadas pela médica avaliada, afinal ela é a profissional mencionada, não pelo pai, o que é, no mínimo, constrangedor. Se ela não deu retorno ao meu irmão via WhatsApp nem na hora nem durante a internação da minha mãe, que assuma suas responsabilidades. Até hoje sequer visualizou. Crescemos quando assumimos nossos erros, fato.

Just as Mariana made her wait about two hours in the waiting room for care, aware of the state she was in, which led her to undergo radiotherapy without going through the consultation. So, I hope that the appropriate measures, mentioned in the audio, are taken by the evaluated physician, after all, she is the professional mentioned, not by the father, which is, at the very least, embarrassing. If she didn't give back to my brother via WhatsApp, neither at the time nor during my mother's hospitalization, let her assume her responsibilities. Until today not even visualized. We grow when we admit our mistakes, fact.

Inúmeras vezes estivemos desnorteados por não saber como prosseguir, mas a Dr Barbara, e as enfermeiras Laura e Marie sempre dispostas a nos ajudar.
Fica aqui nosso agradecimento a Mariana, secretaria, também, por todo carinho e preocupação.
Além disso tudo, a clinica possui uma infraestrutura incrível!
My father is an oncology patient, accompanied by Dr Barbara's team, who, in addition to being an excellent professional, has a huge heart.
