★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel horrível, solicitei nota fiscal e nada de me retornarem, liguei e não me atendem, péssimo atendimento, se tiverem a oportunidade se hospedem em outro lugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 2 dias num quarto no térreo . Tudo bem limpinho, a cama é maravilhosa, super macia e confortável. O chuveiro é ótimo também. O quarto possui um freegobar bem pequeno, não cabe quase nada, mas dá pra guardar uma medicação, que seria meu caso. O lugar é bonito com muitas plantas. Um dos pontos digamos negativo é o café da manhã, honestamente foi o mais simples que já vi de todos hotéis que já me hospedei, (mesmo os mais baratos) mas as funcionárias da cozinhas são bem educadas e prestativas.Pelo preço pago acredito que poderiam melhorar. A parte boa é que montam sua mesinha pra poder tomar o café onde vc quiser, ou seja, vc pode ficar debaixo de uma das árvores, por exemplo. Outro ponto negativo é o wi-fi que conecta mas não pega, não funciona...A localização é excelente, vc consegue ir em praticamente todos os pontos turísticos da cidade, caminhando.
I stayed for 2 days in a room on the ground floor. Everything is very clean, the bed is wonderful, super soft and comfortable. The shower is great too. The room has a very small freegobar, it doesn't fit almost anything, but you can store a medication, which would be my case. The place is beautiful with lots of plants. One of the negative points is the breakfast, honestly it was the simplest I've seen of all the hotels I've stayed in (even the cheapest) but the kitchen staff are very polite and helpful. For the price paid I believe they could improve. The good part is that they set up your little table so you can have breakfast wherever you want, that is, you can stay under one of the trees, for example. Another negative point is the wi-fi that connects but doesn't work, doesn't work... The location is excellent, you can go to practically all the tourist spots in the city, on foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei o ano passado neste hotel adorei, porém esse final de semana fui novamente e fiquei no quarto 14 e a cama era horrível os travesseiros tbm dormir muito mau e a desgarga do banheiro para um xixi precisa de 3 desgarca.reclamei na primeira noite sobre a cama porém não foi feito nada.Peli valor da diária esparva mais levei um grupo e passei vergonha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei duas noites no quarto 13. Limpeza regular, rejunte banheiro mofado, aspecto de sujeira. Quarto com cheiro de umidade.Tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada, sifão da pia vazando. Barulho de goteira a noite inteira, provavelmente vindo do ar condicionado.
Pousada bem localizada, pessoal da cozinha atencioso, o recepcionista da manhã nem tanto.
Poderiam melhorar no quesito limpeza e manutenção, já que o preço é bem cobrado.
I stayed two nights in room 13. Regular cleaning, moldy bathroom grout, dirty look. Room smelled of damp. Toilet lid broken, sink siphon leaking. Leaking noise all night, probably from the air conditioning.
Well located hostel, attentive kitchen staff, the morning receptionist not so much.
They could improve in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, since the price is well charged.
