★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei serviço pelo telefone, o Sr. Luiz me falou pra ir até a oficina, chegando na oficina o responsável que estava lá não quis me atender, nem perguntou o problema do carro, disse que o horário que fui era difícil ter peça pra arrumar, entrou no carro e saiu. Faltou profissionalismo.
I requested service over the phone, Mr. Luiz told me to go to the workshop, when the person in charge who was there did not want to answer me, he did not even ask about the problem with the car, he said that the time I went was difficult to have parts to fix, he got in the car and left. Não façam serviço com eles. Detalhe de tudo isso, que eles queriam cobrar tudo isso e eu iria ficar com o problema ainda, teria que passar em outro profissional para finalizar o serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de apoio emergencial pois meu veículo parou de funcionar enquanto passeava, ao chegarem no local mal avaliaram, disseram que era a bobina e que não conseguiriam fazer mais nada, me cobraram R$190 pelo atendimento e foram embora. Solicitei a um amigo que me trouxesse a bobina e mesmo após a troca não funcionou...entrei em contato novamente e disseram para levar o carro na manhã do dia seguinte em sua oficina. Era noite, e estava com minha esposa correndo riscos...e simplesmente foram embora, chamei um guincho e levei meu carro para casa, para levar em meu mecânico de confiança que descobriu ser o módulo do distribuidor o problema. Disseram ser 24h mas não quiseram levar para a oficina deles....
I needed emergency support because my vehicle stopped working while I was walking, when they arrived at the place they barely evaluated, they said it was the coil and they couldn't do anything else, they charged me R$190 for the service and left. I asked a friend to bring me the coil and even after the change it didn't work...I got in touch again and they told me to take the car the next morning to their workshop. It was night, and I was with my wife taking risks... and they just left, I called a tow truck and took my car home, to take it to my trusted mechanic who discovered that the distributor module was the problem. They said it was 24h but they didn't want to take it to their workshop....

O pessoal da Auto Center além de me ensinar em como não deixar isso acontecer, fizeram a troca da bateria, troca de bici e foram super pontuais e profissionais ! Super recomendo ! Celtinha tá millllll
