É a terceira vez que ligo pra lá, agendo minha consulta e chega no dia e meu nome não está lá… 2 vezes com a nutricionista e a 3º vez com a endocrinologista!
E as secretárias nem se quer pedem desculpas, incompetentes!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está cada dia pior. Lotado, todos em pé e tumultuados e esperando horas para atendimento médico e demora até para fazer ficha. Os profissionais (médicos) são bons, não tenho do que reclamar, me consulto com a endrocrinologista, com a ginecologista e já me consultei com o gastro. Mas acho falta de respeito a forma desorganizada da recepção. Falta uma boa gestão nessa área.
Editando após 6 meses. Voltei hoje e ao invés de melhorar, como era de se esperar pela resposta da clínica, a situação está pior. Podem justificar dizendo que é um problema pontual das segundas ou das quintas, mas tinha gente sentada nas escadas. Agora utilizam uma senha, mas tinha tanta gente na frente da minha número 32 da endocrino e número 27 da gineco, que não tinha condições de esperar. O local permanece o mesmo. E nada mudaria se simplesmente fossem para um espaço maior, pois a clínica está visando mais um lado nessa situação que não é o bem-estar dos seus pacientes. Falta respeito, primeiramente, conosco.
It's getting worse every day. Crowded, everyone standing and in a huddle and waiting hours for medical care and it takes even longer to file a file. The professionals (doctors) are good, I have nothing to complain about, I consult with the endocrinologist, with the gynecologist and I have already consulted with the gastro. But I think the disorganized reception is disrespectful. There is a lack of good management in this area.
Editing after 6 months. I came back today and instead of getting better, as expected from the clinic's response, the situation is worse. They can justify it by saying that it's an occasional problem on Mondays or Thursdays, but there were people sitting on the stairs. Now they use a password, but there were so many people in front of my number 32 at endocrine and number 27 at gynecology, that I couldn't wait. The location remains the same. And nothing would change if they simply moved to a larger space, as the clinic is looking at another side of this situation that is not the well-being of its patients. Respect, first of all, with us.
