★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA MAIS!!! O atendimento PIOROU 100% ...Um absurdo ficar esperando mais de UMA HORA, médico chega atrasado. Qual a necessidade de marcar horário se UMA HORA depois não foi atendido ainda????
 NEVER!!! The service WORSE 100% ...It's absurd to wait more than ONE HOUR, the doctor arrives late. What's the need to book an appointment if ONE HOUR later it hasn't been answered yet????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugarzinho difícil de agendar, telefone pra agendamento? Tem mais ou tá ocupado ou não atende, não manda confirmação de agendamento, precisar tirar dúvidas? desiste. Chega lá no horário marcado e já toma chá de cadeira(quando tem disponível algum lugar pra sentar rsrs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o atendimento, muito pouco caso dos funcionários minha consulta estava marcada para 16;00 fui atendido as 17:40hrs sem ninguém saber me dar satisfação clínica muito ruin não indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Não respeitam horário marcado. Agendam vários pacientes ao mesmo tempo, demoram horas para atender e tratam os pacientes/clientes com total falta de respeito e educação. Não volto mais e não indico a ninguém!
Terrible attendance! They do not respect appointments. They schedule several patients at the same time, take hours to see and treat patients/clients with a complete lack of respect and politeness. I won't be back and won't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são excelentes não tenho nada a reclamar, mas o atendimento na recepção é muito ruim. Consulta da minha mãe agendada pra 8:15, chegamos as 8:00 a ficha dela só foi feita as 8:30 porque eu reclamei, já era 9:20 e não sei nem horas ela vai ser atendida e mais uma vez eu reclamei novamente e minha mãe não tinha sido atendida. Isso é uma falta de respeito comoa paciente e principalmente com os idoso.
The professionals are excellent, I have nothing to complain about, but the service at the reception is very bad. My mother's appointment scheduled for 8:15, we arrived at 8:00, her file was only made at 8:30 because I complained, it was already 9:20 and I don't even know what time she will be answered and once again I complained again and my mother had not been attended to. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei 2 estrelas, uma para duas atendentes educadas e outra para a médica Dr. Alice um amor de pessoa. Mas para o lugar minha vontade era de da nenhuma estrela. Mal organizado, entrei com minha filha de 2 aninhos, fiz a ficha e esperei o atendimento mas depois de já terem pego a autorização do convênio e já terem colocado o colírio no olho dela, disseram que só Poderia atender ela se ela estivesse de máscara, tive que ficar do lado de fora por algumas horas pois estava marcada às 8:15 e foi atendida quase 11:00. Não me forneceram uma cadeira para sentar e precisei sentar no chão. Achei uma falta de respeito. Uma clínica que não recomendo e não volto mais, uma pena a Dra. Alice atender só lá.
I gave 2 stars, one for two polite attendants and another for the doctor Dr. Alice is a sweetheart. But for the place my will was of no star. Poorly organized, I went in with my 2-year-old daughter, made the form and waited for the service, but after they had already gotten the authorization from the health insurance and had already put the eye drops in her eye, they said that I could only attend to her if she was wearing a mask, I had to stay outside for a few hours because it was scheduled at 8:15 and was attended to almost 11:00. I was not provided with a chair to sit on and I had to sit on the floor. I found it disrespectful. A clinic that I don't recommend and I won't be back, too bad Dr. Alice meet only there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a clínica, além de ficar mais de 1 hora esperando mesmo com horário marcado, o doutor Cristiano é muito arrogante, não me deu nem bom dia e nem me explicou o que estava me entregando, tive que marcar uma nova consulta com outra médica para poder ser esclarecida sobre os exames que realizei. Clínica extremamente LOTADA, mesmo com a pandemia a sala de espera fica muito cheia e com vários indivíduos sem máscara. Para piorar a situação, tive que ir à clínica hoje novamente para esclarecimento sobre os exames que o doutor não teve a capacidade de me explicar e a recepcionista pingou um colírio de maneira desnecessária e sem necessidade. Péssimo atendimento e ambiente despreparado para a situação que estamos vivendo! Contudo, a Dr Alice é um doce e super paciente e humana!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível falta de comprimento com horários mais de 5 hs de espera pra fazer um exame , pra quer fazer agendamento se não existe o atendimento em horário marcado .
E nem uma satisfação para o paciente é dada .
