Prédio que estava abandonado pela COSIL havia mais de 5 anos sem função social.
Ocupado pelo MLB (Movimento de Luta nos Bairros VIlas e Favelas), que há 21 anos organiza o povo para a conquista de seus direitos, agora esse prédio possui vida, é dado a ele uma função social.
Além de servir de moradia nele está sendo organizada diversas atividades:
Biblioteca;
Creche;
Escola para jovens, adultos e crianças;
Oficinas diversas (capoeira, desenho, origami, crochê poético etc.).
Só a luta muda a vida!!
